Shipping policy

Sort'd does not ship anything. The membership is a service you use on this website, and it is available the moment you join.

The clothes in your outfits are sold and delivered by the shops they come from — ASOS, Zara, Net-a-Porter and the rest. When you click a piece you go to their website, and their delivery times, charges and returns apply. Anything about a parcel is between you and them.
